Global Network Solution's WLL is a radio based, CDMA Digital Loop carrier, that provides wireless links between the telecom service provider and subscribers. The system can operate with GSM Handsets/Mobile Units as well as with GSM compatible subscriber units. The system interfaces with  most standard Central Office subscribers and subscriber telephone equipment.

The System uses GSM technology to deliver voice. Each 200 K Hz radio channel provides up to 16 simultaneous voice/data connections.

The main components of the system are a Network Access Subsystem Controller at a Central Office site, a Base transceiver station at Central Office / Remote sites and a GSM handset/mobile unit at the subscribers site.

The service area (cell) can be at any distance from the Central Office as dictated by the location of the base radio station and tower.

Large Area Coverage:
Larger areas can be covered by deploying a fixed cellular approach with frequency reuse.
