               Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Architecture

ISDN architecture includes a basic access or a primary access to the customers from an
ISDN switch. ISDN exchanges are connected to each other. ISDN network also connects
to other networks, for example X.25 packet networks. ISDN uses Common Control System #7 (CCS#7) signaling.
