Blocks of data will be transmitted to occupants of vehicles to visualize the environment ahead. The internal layout of buildings will assist in planning emergency rescues. Tele-medicine - Paramedics assisting the victim of an accident in a remote location will be able to access medical records and video conference with medical specialists for an emergency intervention. Tele-geoprocessing Applications - Geographical information systems, global positioning systems, and high-capacity wireless mobile systems will enable the development of many new applications.
